We have a small team but it's purposely done that way. Once upon a time we had almost 100 spread throughout the U.S., but that was back when we did reviews. We decided to stop reviewing and extremely downsize our circle. We know full well how the "review game" works and more than most out there receive benefits in exchange for inflated scores and rankings. We do not want any part of that.  It's not what it used to be when we were doing it.
